       My word of the day I choose today is  self-care  that comes in handy. What so important about self-care is that instead of just thinking There's not much to do there is actually a lot of understanding what you can feel towards in respecting for yourself even when your unhappy there are ways to keep yourself happy.so I guess for all my readers I want them to feel great about how nobody is  perfect  and that there are a lot of things in this world to explore such as not just lying-in front of the tv and doing nothing but to actually feel welcome when you do some exciting. How I can explain the factors of being happy is by keeping a to do list that will basically keep everyone on task.

  Dear Ashna Kumar, In every way I find that theres always a goal in every path. what the word culture wealth means keys to success. Why I say let's to success is because it reminds me of the technique I follow which brainstorming ideas. What I can share about my plans for myself is to continue my education goals to reach of becoming an journalist, for my family members I'm a caretaker for them,the community i did do some volunteering work from elementary school to college also the name of the elementary school i went and volunteer for was jump for the heart where everyone has to jump rope.
