Journal entry summer time fun style
The sun was shining brightly as three friends - Philip, Scarlett, and Eva - made their way to the carnival that had just opened in town. Excitement bubbled in their chests as they approached the entrance, the sights and sounds of the carnival welcoming them with open arms. Their first stop was at the food stands, where the smell of popcorn, cotton candy, and hotdogs filled the air. Philip couldn't resist the temptation of a juicy corn dog, Scarlett opted for a giant bag of kettle corn, and Eva settled on a classic funnel cake dusted with powdered sugar. As they each indulged in their treats, they laughed and chatted about the games they wanted to play and the rides they wanted to try.
